Preserve the Best...
We've also taken care to retain most of the mature trees and shrubbery and sited each house in order to maximise privacy. The original estate was 'planted' in the 18th century and as well as all of the trees indigenous to the UK, contains many imported from around the then British empire, including Indian cedars and a "Tulip" tree.
Perfect the Rest...
We will build 5 of "Pollock" Homes and 5 of "Morris" Homes in addition to the four luxury town houses built within the courtyard unit. Our proposed list of Standard and Optional Features is reproduced here. Now we have to turn your house into your home. Now we need your input!
