The company has just completed the conversion of offices above the Clydesdale Bank in Lanark into 3 off luxury flats, one of which has a delightful roof garden. All three of these flats have been sold and occupied.
We are also currently engaged in building a very large home extension to a detached house, formerly the 'cemetery manager's home' within the "A" listed site that is St. Kentigern's Cemetery in Lanark. This house stands within fifty metres of the ruin of St. Kentigern's Church where William Wallace and Marion Braidfute were wed in 1297.
However, the jewel in the crown of our 2006 developments, about to commence in early July, just has to be "The Craig".
